Are Dr. Bronner’s products truly organic and fair trade?
Yes, all of our primary ingredients are certified under the USDA National Organic Program and our fair trade standards are verified by IMO’s Fair for Life certification.
Can I use the 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Soap on my face and hair?
Absolutely. Our soap is concentrated and versatile. We recommend diluting it—just a few drops for face washing and a tablespoon for hair, followed by an acidic conditioning rinse.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you can return it within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our plastic bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, and they are fully recyclable after use.
Are your products safe for pets?
Our Peppermint soap can be strong for some animals, but our Unscented Baby-Mild soap is excellent for washing pets. Always ensure you rinse thoroughly.
