We want you to be completely satisfied with our organic soaps and personal care products; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least half-full and purchased directly from our official online store to qualify.
Initiate Your Request

Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Securely seal your items in the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
